The changes caused by the pandemic in the tourism industry have not only affected its infrastructure, but also the mindset of its professionals. To better understand the new context in Brazil and Latin America, Visit Norway, the Norwegian Tourism Office, in partnership with Global Vision Access (GVA), will carry out a survey with agencies and operators, between May 16 and 10. of June 2022.
The CEO of Global Vision Access, Gisele Abrahão, highlights the importance of understanding the new reality of tourism: “We know that the tourism industry was one of the hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic and we see the need to update ourselves on the new reality, dynamics, management and priorities of the different businesses, so that we can better serve them and add even more to our activities in this market”.
With numerous tourist attractions, there is a growing interest in tourism in Norway. The new research aims to analyze the current context and the particularities of the Latin American market to promote the destination and advise agencies and operators.
