Daniela Carneiro, Minister of Tourism, reports the economic recovery in this period and highlights the importance of the festival for national tourism, “After two years, we are returning with the joy and representativeness of this great popular festival, one of the best dates for national tourism. , in addition to the generation of jobs and income that the event provides for all Brazilians. We are going to work so that this number increases each year and brings more benefits to our sector.”

Carnival tends to generate more temporary jobs for Brazilians. It is estimated that around 24,6 vacancies will be offered during this period of revelry. Most of them should be for bars and restaurants, with 4,4 opportunities for cooks and 3,45 for kitchen assistants. As for cleaning professionals who will be required, there will be a prospect of 2,21 vacancies.
