Experience – Marcelo Loureiro: Discover the history and trajectory of the instrumental music icon SUL-MATO-GROSSENCE

Marcelo Loureiro is a multi-instrumentalist musician with a striking style, who mixes different musical rhythms and seeks new paths within his art, in which Latin folk influences predominate. The musician studied classical, popular, classical and flamenco guitar techniques, but adapted his own way of playing.

This event is an opportunity to learn a little more about the history and trajectory of this incredible musician, Marcelo Loureiro. An icon of instrumental music from Mato Grosso do Sul and with a unique style, Marcelo will tell us about the documentary video he participated in, “A Alma da Nossa Música – Marcelo Loureiro episode”, which addresses border music from Mato Grosso do Sul, and which tells his life story and that of his grandfather. He will also talk about his inspirations, career and his innate passion for music.
