(June 12, 2024) – Visit Iguassu unveiled an exciting new promotional video this Wednesday, June 12, during Fiexpo Latin America 2024, one of the premier fairs in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions/Events) sector, held in Panama. The Iguaçu Destination Promotion and Marketing Institute presented its new institutional events video at 6 PM (Brasília time) at the Embratur booth, where it is a co-exhibitor. The video, lasting 4 minutes and 39 seconds, showcases Foz do Iguaçu with stunning visuals and detailed information about the infrastructure available for events. Simultaneously, the video was premiered on the Visit Iguassu YouTube channel.
“The choice to launch the video at the Brazil booth at Fiexpo was strategic, as we have Embratur’s support and will capture the attention of international business and event tourism clients and buyers from all over the world present at Fiexpo,” emphasizes Elaine Tenerello, Executive Director of Visit Iguassu. Available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, the video will also have a one-minute version for social media, highlighting the full potential that the Iguaçu Destination offers for events of various scales, from small meetings to large conferences. The video is versatile and can be used in several contexts, such as websites, social media, commercial presentations, corporate event prospecting, and business meetings.
Website and Portfolio
The promotional video is part of Visit Iguassu’s efforts to attract more events to Foz do Iguaçu. The organization will also launch a new version of its events-dedicated website, providing information about various venues and their audience capacities, event service providers, attractions, and much more, encompassing information about companies associated with the Institute, which serves as the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Foz do Iguaçu.
In addition to the video, the Institute will present the Bidding Book, an essential tool that contains details about the city’s infrastructure, ground and air access, event capacity, and a rich array of hotel and gastronomic options. Also known as the “bid book,” it compiles technical and scientific information, such as the variety of university courses offered at local colleges and universities, both in Foz do Iguaçu and Ciudad del Este. The Bidding Book also highlights the high-quality healthcare services available in the region, exemplified by the Ministro Costa Cavalcanti Hospital, renowned for its oncology, cardiology, and neonatology services.
This set of materials, called the “event portfolio,” will be made available by Visit Iguassu to event organizers, associations, event-promoting entities, corporate companies, associates, and institutions participating in the Integrated Tourism Management of Foz do Iguaçu, aiming to promote the Iguaçu Destination as an ideal choice for future congresses, symposiums, and conventions. “These tools are versatile and will undoubtedly reinforce our event acquisition strategy, benefiting our Destination and associates,” asserts Elaine Tenerello, Executive Director of Visit Iguassu.
